Dave Howman, writer, composer and musician is the ultimate professional in his field. From the early days of playing in various bands supporting the likes of Suzy Quattro, the Sweet, Mud and Thin Lizzy, through to writing hits for among others the Drifters, Showaddywaddy, Kelly Marie and Joe Dolan, and on to composing music for films like The Life of Brian and the Meaning Of life (Monty Python) Mumbo Jumbo, Chemical Wedding and the Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus and back to his roots of playing live, twice BAFTA nominated Dave Howman IS a true professional!

The electric guitar is Dave’s passion, and there is no disguising this when he straps it on and steps forward to entertain a live audience.

The Brothers 2 play a lively mix of hits from the 50’s to the 00’s. From Elvis to Amy Winehouse. Dave’s experience of recording has enabled him to construct unique backing tracks, every instrument played by him, which turn this powerful duo into a fully fledged big band! This also eliminates two of the biggest problems of live work, ie space and volume, both of which are easily handled by this format.

The Brothers 2 are completely self- contained, having their own 1,000 watt P.A. and lights.
